– 4 large potatoe – 1 tablespoon cornflour – 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour – 1 tablespoon red chili powder – 1 tablespoon soy sauce – 2 tablespoons ketchup – Salt to taste – Oil for frying – 1 onion, chopped – 1 green chili, chopped

Preparing the Potatoes 

Peel the potatoes and cut them into long thin sticks, similar to french fries. Soak them in water for about 10 minutes to remove excess starch.
