Is your child picky? You can easily swap ingredients to suit their taste! Use mango instead of banana or replace berries with pineapple.

Add the Base 

Add the BasePour 1 cup of milk (or almond, soy, or coconut milk) into your blender. This will help create the perfect smoothie consistency.

Fruit for Natural Sweetness 

Next, add your banana and frozen berries. These fruits will give your smoothie a naturally sweet flavor without needing too much extra sugar.

Using frozen fruits not only makes your smoothie thicker but also eliminates the need for ice cubes, which can water down the flavor.

For an extra boost of nutrients, toss in a handful of spinach. Don’t worry—the sweetness of the fruits will mask the taste of the greens!
