Preheat the Oven 

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Preparing your oven at the right temperature is crucial to avoid cracks on the cheesecake’s surface.

Prepare the Crust 

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.

Mix the Cheesecake Filling 

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth 

Pour the Filling Over the Crust

Once your mixture is smooth, pour it over the prepared crust in the springform pan, using a spatula to smooth the top.
