Make Overnight Oats That Kids Will Love

Rolled oats Milk (or dairy-free alternative) Yogurt Honey or maple syrup Fresh fruits like berries or bananas Chia seeds (optional) Nut butter (optional)

Step 1 - Measure Your Oats 

In a bowl or jar, measure ½ cup of rolled oats. This will be the base of your overnight oats.

Step 2 - Add Milk or Dairy

Pour ¾ cup of milk (or your preferred dairy-free alternative) over the oats.  

Step 3 - Add Yogurt for Creaminess 

Stir in ¼ cup of yogurt to give your oats a creamy texture. . This will be the base of your overnight oats.  

Step 4 - Sweeten Naturally 

Add 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup for sweetness. Avoid using sugar, as natural 

Step 5 - Add Optional Mix-Ins

You can add chia seeds, nut butter, or any nuts for extra texture and nutrition. These are optional but add great flavor and nutrients. 

Step 6 - Top with Fresh Fruit

Top the oats with fresh fruits like berries, bananas, or mangoes. This not only adds color but also packs vitamins 

Step 7 - Refrigerate Overnight

Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight. he oats will absorb the liquid and become soft 

Step 8 - Ready to Serve

In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If they’re too thick, you can add a splash of milk.
