Pumpkin Seed Granola Recipe

This pumpkin seed granola recipe is a healthy, crunchy, and delicious way to start your morning.

Ingredients 

– 2 cups rolled oat – 1/2 cup pumpkin seed – 1/4 cup sunflower seed – 1/4 cup honey – 2 tbsp coconut oil – 1 tsp cinnamon – 1/4 tsp salt

Preheat the Oven 

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to avoid sticking.

Combine Dry Ingredients 

In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, and salt.

Melt Honey and Coconut Oil 

In a small saucepan, heat the honey and coconut oil over low heat until fully melted .

Mix Wet and Dry Ingredient

Pour the melted honey and coconut oil mixture over the dry ingredients

Spread on Baking Sheet 

Spread the granola mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the Granola 

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even toasting.

Let the Granola Cool 

Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool completely. It will become crisp as it cools.

Once cooled, store the granola in an airtight container. Enjoy with yogurt, milk, or as a snack on its own!
