Preparing the Chicken

Start by pounding the chicken breasts to ensure even cooking. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and let it heat for 1-2 minutes. 

Heat the Pan 

Place the chicken breasts in the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. 

Cooking the Chicken 

When flipping the chicken, add minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for a minute for that perfect aroma!
