Ingredients (Part 2)

– 3 cups marinara sauce – 1 zucchini, thinly sliced – 1 bell pepper, chopped – 1 cup baby spinach

Prepping the Noodles

Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Making the Cheese Mixture

In a bowl, mix the ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella, and parmesan cheese. Add a pinch of salt and pepper for flavor.

Preparing the Vegetables

Sauté the zucchini, bell pepper, and spinach in olive oil until tender. This will enhance the flavor of your lasagna!
